  • SAME DAY ASSESSMENT SERVICE

  • Call Brantford Physiotherapy at (519) 756-5450 or Burlington Physiotherapy at (905) 335-5115 and our staff will arrange an assessment with one of our Registered Physiotherapists within 24 hours, often on the same day.  Our qualified staff of Registered Physiotherapists and Kinesiologists perform musculoskeletal and Physical Capacities Evaluations.  Within 24 hours of assessing your employee, we will contact you either by fax or phone with the results of the assessment and prognosis.  Within 3 days you will receive a hard copy of the “Active” reporting form in the mail (see copy enclosed).  If we feel that Physiotherapy is indicated, we will request that you complete a Work Demands Analysis form (unless we have performed this task for you, in which case we would have it on file).  We will also contact the treating physician immediately to inform him of our findings.  The employee will be started in the appropriate treatment program and you will be sent regular, timely reports.  (See outline of the At-Work Program and Work Injury Rehabilitation Program enclosed).
